What you see
You click YouTube and sign in with Google. Then you see this message: “No YouTube channels found on this account.” Or the list under “Choose which YouTube channels to add.” is missing one of your channels. Why it happens
“No YouTube channels found” means the Google account you signed in with has no channel. This happens when:- you picked a different Google account in the sign-in window
- the channel belongs to a Brand Account, and you signed in as your personal account instead
- you haven’t made a channel on YouTube yet
How to fix it
”No YouTube channels found”
1
Check the channel on YouTube
Open YouTube in your browser and check which Google account owns the channel.
2
Connect again
On Accounts, click Add Social Accounts, then YouTube.
3
Pick the right account
When Google asks you to choose an account, pick the one that owns the channel. If Google asks you to pick a channel or Brand Account, pick that channel.
4
Connect the channel
Click Connect next to the channel, then Done.
A channel is missing from the list
1
Connect the channels you can see
Click Connect next to each channel in the list, then Done.
2
Connect YouTube again
Click Add Social Accounts, then YouTube, and sign in with the same Google account.
3
Connect the missing channel
The channels you just added drop out of the list, so the missing channel now shows on its own. Click Connect, then Done.
Reconnecting a channel you already added works as normal. This only affects adding a new channel.
