Which networks fill which cards
The two networks measure different people:
- Instagram describes the people your posts reached in the period. Some of them may not follow you.
- Facebook describes your followers: where the people who follow your Page are.

Click Analytics in the sidebar.
2
Pick your Instagram account
Choose it from the list on the left. Type in Search if you have a lot of accounts.
3
Pick This Week or This Month
Use the period menu at the top. Instagram only shares audience details for these two periods. With any other period, the cards are empty or hidden.
4
Scroll to the audience cards
Gender and Age come first, under the totals. Top Countries and Top Cities are next.

1
Open Analytics and pick your Facebook Page
Any period works.
2
Scroll to Top Countries and Top Cities
They sit under the totals. Each lists up to 10 places.
When a card is empty
- The Gender and Age cards are missing. They only appear when there’s data for them. For Facebook Pages and most networks, they never appear.
- Top Countries or Top Cities says No Data. The network didn’t share them for that account or period. For Instagram, check that you picked This Week or This Month.
- The account is small or new. Networks often hold back audience details until enough people have seen or followed the account. Give it time.
- The numbers are a day old. PublishBuddy pulls account numbers once a day, at 08:00 UTC. Click Sync Analytics to fetch them now.
