You’ll see “Your analytics report is being generated. You will be notified when it is ready.” You can leave the page while it works.
4

When it’s done, you get an email called “Your report is ready”. Click View report in it. The same message shows under the bell at the top of the app. Click it to open the PDF.

What’s in the report
- A cover line with the account’s name, picture and the dates covered.
- The totals: New Followers, Likes, Reach, Engagements and Posts, each compared with the period before.
- The charts:
- Gender and Age, when the account has them.
- Top Countries and Top Cities.
- Followers, Likes, Post Engagement and Post Reach.
- Link Clicks and Video Views.
- Best Times To Post, Recommendations and Hashtag Performance.
- Posts: the account’s posts from the period, newest first, 10 to a page. Each shows Reactions, Comments, Shares, Reach and Engagement Rate.
- A report lists up to 500 posts. If the account posted more in the period, the oldest ones are left out. Pick a shorter period to get them all.
- The Posts Per Day chart isn’t in the report.
- For a Facebook Page, the report says Likes where the page says Reactions. It’s the same number: every reaction type.
- The report shows the same numbers as the page, so the same gaps apply. See Which analytics each network gives.
