# What does each plan include?

> Free, Pro and Business side by side: social accounts, team members, posts, AI credits, analytics and every feature.

## How the limits work

* **Social accounts** count each Page, profile or channel you connect. The limit covers all your workspaces together.
* **Team members** are counted in each workspace. You, the owner, don't count.
* **Scheduled posts** on Free means 10 per social account. Drafts don't count toward it.
* **Post history** is how far back the **Posts** list goes for published posts.
* **API posts per day** are counted over a rolling 24 hours for the workspace owner. Every team member's API use counts toward the owner's number.

When you're over a Free limit, you'll see a message like "10 scheduled posts allowed only. Please upgrade your plan." or "3 social profiles allowed only. Please upgrade your plan."

## The free trial

Every new trial is 14 days of **Business**, with 200 AI credits. It needs no credit card. You start it from a paid feature, like **Analytics** or **Media Library**, by clicking **Free 14 Day Trial**. See [Plans, the free trial and AI credits](/help/plans-trial-and-credits#the-14-day-free-trial).

## Who needs the plan

The plan that counts is the **workspace owner's**. If you're a team member in someone else's workspace, you get the features of the owner's plan there.
