# Where can I see my audience's age, gender and location?

> The Gender, Age, Top Countries and Top Cities cards on the Analytics page: where to find them and which networks fill them.

**Plans:** Business, and the 14-day free trial.

The **Analytics** page has four audience cards: **Gender**, **Age**, **Top Countries** and **Top Cities**. Only Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts fill them. Other networks don't share audience details with apps like PublishBuddy.

## Which networks fill which cards

| Network | Gender | Age | Top Countries | Top Cities | Periods |
| - | - | - | - | - | - |
| Instagram | Yes | Yes | Yes | Yes | **This Week** and **This Month** only |
| Facebook Page | No | No | Yes | Yes | Any period |
| Every other network | No | No | No | No | |

The two networks measure different people:

* **Instagram** describes the people your posts reached in the period. Some of them may not follow you.
* **Facebook** describes your followers: where the people who follow your Page are.

Facebook no longer shares the age or gender of a Page's audience. So those cards don't appear for Facebook Pages.

## When a card is empty

* **The Gender and Age cards are missing.** They only appear when there's data for them. For Facebook Pages and most networks, they never appear.
* **Top Countries or Top Cities says No Data.** The network didn't share them for that account or period. For Instagram, check that you picked **This Week** or **This Month**.
* **The account is small or new.** Networks often hold back audience details until enough people have seen or followed the account. Give it time.
* **The numbers are a day old.** PublishBuddy pulls account numbers once a day, at 08:00 UTC. Click **Sync Analytics** to fetch them now.

For other empty cards, see [My analytics are empty or out of date](/help/troubleshooting/analytics-empty).

## In your PDF and email reports

The audience cards are in the PDF too, when the account has data for the period. To get Instagram audience details in a report, export it with **This Week** or **This Month** picked. See [Export a PDF report](/help/analytics/pdf-report).
